California is allocating COVID-19 vaccines as they become available to ensure equitable distribution, and we at Asian Health Services want to ensure that you have the most up to date resources to keep you and your family safe and healthy. Here are some resources and alternative options to sign up and receive a COVID vaccine.
Currently Alameda County is vaccinating:

- People 50 years and older
- Essential workers in Education & Childcare
- Essential workers in Emergency Services
- Essential workers in Food and Agriculture Services
- People 16 years to 64 years old who have certain complex health conditions:
- Cancer, current with debilitated or immunocompromised state
- Chronic kidney disease, stage 4 or above
- Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), oxygen dependent
- Down Syndrome
- Heart conditions, such as heart failure, coronary artery disease, or cardiomyopathies (excluded hypertension)
- Immunocompromised state (weakened immune system) from solid organ transplant
- Pregnancy
- Severe Obesity
- Sickle Cell Disease
- Type 2 Diabetes

- My Turn is the state’s way of tracking eligibility and will show you options for scheduling an appointment when you are eligible. If you are not eligible at the time, you can register and they will notify you when you are eligible.
