A Notice to Our Patients

To better care for our patients during this time, we are expanding our use of Telemedicine visits.

  • Call to schedule a Telemedicine appointment with your provider for routine follow-up or urgent care. Your provider will decide during the Telemedicine visit if you need to come in for an in person exam.

  • We are accepting same-day appointments by Telephone only.

  • We do not offer walk-in COVID-19 testing.
