Asian Health Services (AHS) is a community health center providing medical, dental, and behavioral health care services. AHS serves 30,000 patients annually, offering cultural and linguistic competent services in English, Arabic, and twelve Asian languages. Founded in 1974, AHS has been serving our community for 45 years.

Foursome Golf Package – $1,200.00

Includes a round of golf for 4 players, carts, prizes, contests, lunch & refreshments, and dinner for each player.

 

Individual Golf Package – $325.00

Includes a round of golf for one player, carts, prizes, contests, lunch & refreshments, and dinner for each player.

 

Tournament Banquet Only – $70.00

Includes dinner, live and silent auction, and five tickets for raffle drawing.
