Triage RN performs nursing assessment and patient triage which includes prioritizing cases, providing medical advice, making complex referrals, providing test results and problem-solving complex cases by handling patient phone inquiries and walk-ins requesting care. Other duties include but are not limited to; performing basic nursing procedures and testing such as injections, skin tests, phlebotomy; dressing changes, electrocardiograms, spirometer, audiometry, etc.; providing direction to licensed and unlicensed clinic staff; assisting physicians during examinations as needed.
Requires California RN license and at least one year professional triage nursing experience in a clinic or hospital.
Bilingual in English and Cantonese preferred.
