Belinda Luu is the Strategic Leader of Data Management and Governance and Senior Counsel at Kaiser Permanente. She has deep experience in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Healthcare Information Technology (Health IT), cloud services, strategic IT innovation collaborations, technology licensing, professional services, web-based, and outsourcing transactions. She has negotiated upwards of $3.2 billion IT deals, including domestic and international transactions. Belinda is a frequent speaker on the topics of Artificial Intelligence (AI), health care technology innovation, Big Data and governance, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Belinda is a business leader on the Business Leadership Council for the Asian Health Services. Belinda serves on the Advisory Boards of Center Force USA, Freeman Means Business, and the Kaiser Permanente Asian Pacific Islander Association. Additionally, Belinda is the former Co-Chair of the Women’s Committee of the Asian American Bar Association and of the Enrichment and Development Committee of the KP Legal Department.
