On July 14, 2015, AHS was awarded $3 Million from an anonymous East Bay Donor through the San Francisco Foundation. The grant will enable AHS to see thousands of children and families by rebuilding its entire first floor at the Asian Medical Center for Pediatrics, Urgent Care/New Patient Visits and Integrated support for families.
In an unprecedented stroke of philanthropy, one third of the grant will enable AHS to pay down some of our mortgage. Some of the savings can be redirected to supporting important model programs that address the social factors affecting health.
