Rich Kang is an accomplished digital transformation and innovation leader with a track record of launching large-scale, high-impact digital products to elevate the user experience and provide business results. Rich has led both enterprise companies and startups in launching commercially viable products and driving change management. His career has been focused on delivering personalized, real-time, user interactions for leading global brands. At Kaiser Permanente Rich leads Technology and User Experience teams for HR.
He serves on the community leadership board for the American Diabetes Association and is a firm believer in the power of digital experiences to transform the way we receive care and live healthier lives. As an Asian American and Bay Area native, Rich is driven to support AHS in their mission to serve and address the health needs for the Asian community.
Rich is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a major in Economics. He lives in the Bay Area with his wife and enjoys all forms of outdoor physical activity and sports as well as hosting fun dinner parties for family and friends.
