Julia is a Program Manager at Health Tech for Medicaid, a national nonprofit dedicated to bringing technology and innovation to vulnerable and Medicaid populations. She is passionate about health equity, community building, and reproductive justice. She has a background in sexual wellness education, reproductive health and technology, and LGBTQ+ activism.
Julia received a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s and Gender Studies from Wellesley College. She is a Chinese American Oakland native and loves to cook, eat, coastal forage, and play soccer.
