Asian Health Services co-led the renaming of Madison Park to Wilma Chan Park. Over 200 people came together to celebrate her life. There was an official ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the official renaming. Former Alameda County Supervisor Wilma Chan was a trailblazer who had the ability to make a difference, taught others to fight against injustice, and was a true example of what it means to be a public servant.
