Parking: We recommend parking in the Downtown Parking Garage located right next to the east side of the building. Entrances are located on Callan Avenue and Estudillo Avenue between E 14th Street and Harrison Street. There are 384 available spaces at a rate of 75 cents/hour.

Asian Health Services Pediatrics San Leandro is a recently acquired 2,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility with 4 exam rooms. The practice belonged to Dr. Lawrence Ng and Dr. Shirley Lau, who have served the communities in San Leandro for 34 years, and Bay Area communities in Oakland for a total of 44 years. AHS is honored to carry on the legacy of Dr. Lawrence Ng, Dr. Shirley Lau, and Dr. Li Zhu.
