The Rolland & Kathryn Lowe Medical Center is a 15,000 sq ft facility with 20 exam rooms that serves 10,000 patients annually. Opened in 2013, it is a state-of-the-facility that also includes a Geriatric Center of Excellence and a Family Medicine Center. Lowe Medical Center is named after Dr. Rolland Lowe and Kathryn Lowe. Dr. Lowe dedicated his career to serving low income immigrant patients in San Francisco’s Chinatown. Kathryn Lowe, his wife, was the Board Chair of Chinese for Affirmative Action (CAA), Square & Circle, and the Chinese Hospital Auxiliary.
