Though we face shifting policies and major funding challenges, we are grateful for your partnership that has provided the stability and strength to power the health of thousands in our community–from launching an award-winning Happy Kitchen ‘food as medicine’ program to building a Program of All-Inclusive Care for Elderly (PACE) Center , a national model of care for our seniors.

As we ramp up to reach our $15 million capital campaign goal to build new community health hubs of service, including our PACE Center, we are especially grateful to many of you who have committed to giving toward a gold standard of care that will ensure that our elders can live with dignity.
