To receive care at the Frank Kiang Medical Center, you must be a member of Asian Health Services. Patient navigators are staff who can help you become a member. They will also make appointments, interpret, answer your phone calls, help with referrals, and guide you to get the health care you need. They are specially trained to help you apply for discounted health programs such as Medicare, MediCal, Healthy Families, CMSP (a County program for uninsured people), and others. They speak Cantonese, English, Khmer, Korean, Mandarin, Mongolian, Tagalog, and Vietnamese.
