The Specialty Mental Health (SMH) Patient Services Representative greets, registers patients and updates records; follows up and carries out insurance verification and policy requirements; updates system information, and verifies financial status of patients and provides fee information. Also, the SMH Patient Services Representative takes incoming phone calls when necessary and schedules appointments over the phone. Qualifications are high school diploma or GED with two years’ work-related experience in a clinic setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bilingual in English and Cantonese/ Mandarin required
